One of the most famous house compilations in Holland released a new edition today and guess what… we’re on it! The “Sneakerz Volume 9 (In De Stad)” CD is mixed by Skitzofrenix and Franky Rizardo. Our track on the compilation is called “Is That You (feat. Skitzofrenix & Marc Benjamin)” and is in fact a world premier! It’s the first time the track is presented to the main audience.

Just a short message from the Remaniax office because we are very pleased to tell you that Roger Sanchez has been playing the Remaniax remix on Funk Fanatics “Love Is The Answer” on his Release Yourself radio show for 2 weeks in a row! You can check the show through the Release Yourself website. The track is also still available through all major download portals, such as Dance-Tunes and Beatport.
At the Amsterdam Dance Event 2008 conference we met the Audiodamage Records crew (Kid Massive, Ethan Project e.a.). After hearing our track Blazin’ they were destined to release it on their label. A few months later and a package filled with huge remixes (by Disfunktion, Ethan Project, Fran Cosgrove, Haggstrom and DJ Groover) it sees daylight.
Not only this release is exclusively available from Beatport as from today its also the debut release for one of Holland’s biggest dj’s; Marc Benjamin.

For a while now Almighty House Music releases mixtapes by talented and up and coming dj’s and producers from the Netherlands. After 24 volumes it has became an understanding in the Dutch house scene. That’s why the organisation has asked Remaniax to compile volume 25 to celebrate this milestone! You can download the mixtape for free through their website. It includes custom designed covers with the full track listing.

A while ago we we’re asked to remix Modjo’s classic “Lady”. Offcourse we didn’t hesitate for a moment to do this. The result, “Jesse James – Lady (Remaniax Remix)” you can find in our website player!
The release is planned for the 9th of February 2009 on Cloud 9 Dance imprint 3345 Recordsing. The track is already widely supported by the likes of: Marc Benjamin, Gregor Salto, Peter Luts, Eric van Kleef and more. We we’re also gladly surprised that DJ Tiesto played our remix in his radio show, Club Life, last Friday (listen to a sample through this link).

Finally it’s there! We’ve been holding this to ourselfs for a while now and wanted it to come out as a surprise. The remixes we did with our good friend and ‘father of dutch house’ DJ José of the classic housetrack ‘Cache - Don’t Hurt Me’ has been released on Cloud 9 Dance. The radio edit of our remix has already been added to the Fresh FM playlist!
They’ve pulled out the old Walnut Records label (which had released ‘Cache’ in ‘99). For us it was an honour to create the remixes for this record, we have much memories of holding those Walnut records in our hands when we listened to some vinyls in the stores in Amsterdam (Baby wants to ride!!).

Today we released the new ‘Futurebomb EP’ of our friends Rishi and Nikolai on our own Döner Digital Records. The release consists of 4 tracks including a remix that we did and a remix by Oliver Twizt (Housequake, Sneakerz). Don’t forget to listen at the ‘Supreme’ track also while your at it.

When Thomas Helsloot and Erik Roos – both born in 1984 in the Dutch city of Almere – bumped into each other in their home town , they soon learned that they shared a passion for dance music. Over time, their friendship only grew stronger, as did their musical abilities. Their focus was very much on deejaying and producing music. And in early 2005, they decided to go professional and see where their music would take them . Hence, the creation of DJ duo Remaniax!
