When good friends Mell Tierra and Melvin Reese sent the original of Dancin’ we knew it was a hit! When hearing those hoarse vocals of Anna, all kinds of ideas kept popping up in our heads. We switched the melody in the break, chopped up the vocal and opened up a can of real Remaniax freshness. Curious? Check out the result on Beatport!

This Saturday, the 10th of July, you can find us playing at the Slick Outdoor 2010 Festival (in Zeewolde). Alongside DJ’s like Benny Rodriguez, Lucien Foort, Bingo Players, DJ Jean and Gregor Salto, just to name a few. Check out the Slick Outdoor website for more info.

A serious clubbanger has made it’s way to all dance-portals! This no-nonsense original of the Remaniax has been released at their own label Doner Records. This time with a remix of the highly skilled producers duo Essential Groovers. These guys are on a roll so be sure to find out which version is more digg-able for you. We’re very proud to announce that we signed to Extended Music. From know on all our business goes through the youngest management and bookings agency of the Netherlands.

Extended Music is a management and bookings agency for dance DJ’s and producers. They work with upcoming talents as well as established DJ’s and focus on long term career development. Extended Music is also a recordlabel distributing its releases worldwide. The company is powered by Sony Music and AT Productions. Other DJ’s that joined this ambitious agency are: Roog, Carita La Nina, Ronald Molendijk, Benny Royal, Robbie Taylor, Dennis van der Geest and Misja Helsloot.

You’re used getting our tracks along with a pack of remixes… but not this time. This time it’s all us! Our ‘Afterthought EP’ is released on German based ‘Bazooka Records’. It contains two tracks from our studio; ‘Afterthought’ is one of those melodic vocal bangers you are used receiving from us while on the flipside, ‘Driveby’, is a more progressive peak time houser. It’s been exactly 2 years since we remixed “Humanoidz” by Laidback Luke & Tom De Neef. In the mean time our sound has improved a lot (so we like to think) and Luke agrees. That’s why we’ve been asked to remix the new release of our good friend Marc Benjamin which is released today on Luke’s Mixmash Records. It’s been a while since we were in the studio with our friends of Disfunktion and Essential Groovers. It was a bit crowded in the studio with 6 producers (actually 5 since Erik fell asleep shortly after our arrival) but we came up with something big! That’s what Niels van Gogh must’ve thought when he received this package and decided to release it on his label ‘Play Me Louder’.

Yes it’s finally there! The collaboration between us, Skitzofrenix and Marc Benjamin that everybody has been waiting for is now exclusively available on Beatport.

The four of us sat down in the studio for a few days with one mission: create some serious house music! The result are two solid bangers called “Is That You” and “Activate My Love”. This EP has been picked up and released by #1 dancelabel of the Netherlands, Spinnin’ Records. Some of the greatest DJ’s have been playing these records for a few weeks now. Just to name a few: Fedde Le Grand, Sander Kleinenberg, Erick E, DJ Roog, Baggi Begovic, Noir, Sidney Samson and many more.

Be sure to get this weapon and play it as loud as you can!!

Sometimes you have to take the time to sit down and think back on all the things that you have accomplished…

It was a great year for us. Take our ‘Lady’ remix of Jesse James for instance that was played by DJ Tiesto on one of the greatest commercial radio stations (538) in the Netherlands. Our ‘Blazin’ release featuring Marc Benjamin which turned out to be the second best-selling record on Audio Damage. Don’t forget the remix of Jeroenski & Bjorn B’s ‘Move Your Body’ that hit the #1 spot on Dance-Tunes for 2 weeks. And ofcourse the bootleg of Calvin Harris’s ‘I’m Not Alone’ that was downloaded 50.000 times and was played by the biggest DJ’s (check out this video of Housequake). We also had some great times at our gigs at Chisinau (Moldavia), Lloret de Mar (Spain), Amsterdam etc.

We want to thank everyone that supported us over the last year. And we’ll promise you that 2010 will be even better!

Another ‘Remaniax Remix’ has been released exclusively on Beatport. Highly anticipated label from Germany (Zooland Records) has asked us to do a remix for ‘Stemfield - Strike Back’. Is this the beginning of the Remaniax taking over Germany? Auf wiedersehen!
