Remaniax

Finally it’s there! We’ve been holding this to ourselfs for a while now and wanted it to come out as a surprise. The remixes we did with our good friend and ‘father of dutch house’ DJ José of the classic housetrack ‘Cache - Don’t Hurt Me’ has been released on Cloud 9 Dance. The radio edit of our remix has already been added to the Fresh FM playlist!

They’ve pulled out the old Walnut Records label (which had released ‘Cache’ in ‘99). For us it was an honour to create the remixes for this record, we have much memories of holding those Walnut records in our hands when we listened to some vinyls in the stores in Amsterdam (Baby wants to ride!!).

Today we released the new ‘Futurebomb EP’ of our friends Rishi and Nikolai on our own Döner Digital Records. The release consists of 4 tracks including a remix that we did and a remix by Oliver Twizt (Housequake, Sneakerz). Don’t forget to listen at the ‘Supreme’ track also while your at it.

The release is available at Dance-Tunes, Beatport or every other portal you can imagine.

As every year, also in 2008, the Amsterdam Dance Event will be taking place. This is the conference for all dance DJ’s, producers, labels and other music industry professionals. This year Remaniax will be attending the full 3 day program in Amsterdam on 23th, 24th and 25th of October. We thought we could please all of our visitors with a fresh DJ set mixed by Remaniax. The past months we have not only been very busy producing new tracks (of which you will probably hear a few the next couple of months), behind the scenes we have also been very busy setting up our own records label: Döner Digital Records! It is today that we are very happy to announce that we released our very first record on this label: “Remaniax – Got It Like This”. Besides the original this release is containing remixes by Freddy Fernandez, Xpression and Nouveaubeats. Don’t Wanna Go Home, including a Remaniax remix, hits the Dutch Top 100 this week at chart position number 96. The track by Dos Palomas Negras has regular airplay at SlamFM! and the Remaniax remix is positioning in the top 20 sales chart at Dance-Tunes for several weeks now.
